Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via email immediately after purchase.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

  • Delivery Confirmation: An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) marks it as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@brightwavehubs.shop.

  • Include photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label or ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong item or an item is missing.

  • We will promptly send the correct product or resolve the issue.

Change of Mind / Other Reasons

  • Returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or simply changing your mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • Tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • The customer provided an incorrect shipping address.

  • The request is made after the 14-day return window.

  • The product has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business:

  • Proof (photos or videos) is required for claims of damage or missing items.

  • Carrier delivery confirmation is considered final proof of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse or fraud.
