Return policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Process:

Contact our support team at support@BrightWaveHubs.shop to initiate a return.

Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the item to the address provided.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Exceptions:
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product page for specific return restrictions.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a product defect, error, or shipping issue, BrightWaveHubs covers the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
